The Tempe Chamber of Commerce Mentoring program brings educational and enlightening sessions to professionals in Tempe. This six-month program pairs participants with a one-on-one mentor and includes in-person classroom sessions and engaging opportunities. Through this program, mentors provide guidance on personal and professional growth while helping participants set career goals and develop interpersonal skills.

The Mentoring Program Overview

The Tempe Chamber proudly announces applications are now open for the 2025 Mentoring  Program.

This program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to connect with established Tempe Chamber members and cultivate meaningful connections, gain valuable insights and foster personal and professional growth through a six-month long mentorship program. The 2025 program runs from October through March.

Apply today! Protoge applications and Mentor applications close Monday, September 22.

Become a Mentor: For seasoned professionals eager to make a lasting impact on the next generation of leaders, becoming a mentor is a fulfilling opportunity. Mentors play a crucial role in guiding and supporting prooges, sharing their wealth of knowledge and helping them navigate the complexities of their chosen fields. Applications include outlining your expertise, industry experience and commitment to fostering the growth of a professional.

Embark on the Mentorship Journey as a Protoge: As a professional seeking guidance and mentorship, joining the Mentoring Program as a protoge can be a game-changer for your career. Through this program, Protoges pair up with an experienced professional who provides personalized advice, valuable insights and feedback on their career journey. Protoges work alongside their Mentor to navigate their path to success. The application includes expressing your career goals, areas of interest and the specific skills or knowledge you hope to acquire during the mentorship program.

Selection & Pairings: The selection process ensures that each protoge is paired with a mentor who aligns with their aspirations and can provide tailored guidance. Mentor-Protoge pairings will be carefully curated based on the information provided in these forms, and the results will be announced in late September.
